Hi, I’m Dr. Sadie Mitchell, PhD, RN—nurse leader, educator, and Christian coach. I’ve served in long-term care leadership, taught at major universities, and watched too many excellent nurses get overlooked, burned out, or broken by toxic systems. My calling is to help nurses rise—with skill, strength, and faith intact.
